Pasta. Wine. Passion. Vibe.

What we've enjoyed from our distant travels, we've long dreamt of bringing to the NoDa neighborhood.

 

Italian pleasures, flavors and culture create a date, dinner, and gathering place that is bright, airy and alive with energy. Inspired by worldly art of all kinds, we've tapped local artists to make Figo36 a piece of art itself, hopefully worthy of the historic arts district we're now calling our home.

Executive Chef

Kyle Gaddas

Chef Kyle Gaddas is no rookie in the art of culinary experiences and has been fascinated by cooking since a young age.

 

After college, Chef Kyle moved to Denver, CO where he attended Johnson and Wales University and worked under Scott Parker at Session Kitchen. After graduating, Chef Kyle moved to Savannah, GA to put his craft to use at Churchill’s Pub, learning a lot about Caribbean Cuisine. To this day, he continues to cook with a lot of fruit and chilies!

 

Today, Chef Kyle is the culinary master of The Menagerie Group overseeing menus at Figo36, The Wine Loft and The Vintage Whiskey & Cigar Bar.
